• Rates will begin at $35 and will vary depending on distance and type of document.

• This service is for documents that require a notarization.  Includes travel and up to 2 notarizations.

• Additional notarizations are $2 per stamp.

• Up to 15-minute appointment.  Extra time is billed at a rate of $15 in 15-minute increments.

After-hours add-on fees:

• Mortgage loan signing agent services are available only for properties located in Gerogia when a member of the State Bar of Georgia is willing to be available to the signer by phone throughout the entire process.

• $100 for facilities outside of Henry County e.g DeKalb, Rockdale, Fayette)

• Please inspect the documents to determine if any witnesses are needed. Witnesses can be provided for an additional fee.

Legal document Courier: $95.00

• Available to law firms located in the Henry County area. (same-day service is available - call or email for an exact quote)

Miscellaneous Courier Services: $35 starting rate

• dry-cleaning, parcel pick-up, and delivery, gift baskets, groceries, and other delivery needs. Contact us for an exact quote.

Document Printing & Delivery $2.00 per Page

• Documents are laser-printed to 20-pound white paper. ($2.00 per Page) Printed copies can be delivered in the Henry, DeKalb, and Rockdale areas.  (rates begin at $15 for delivery - call or email for an exact quote.

Process Server $100.00 

• Permanently Appointed in Dekalb County & Henry State and Superior Courts. Service for other courts will require that a motion be filed with the court.   Includes 3 attempts to a single address.  Please note that the fee must be paid before any services are rendered.

Eviction Post & Mail $50.00 

• $10 for a notarized affidavit of service

• $25 for electronic filing of affidavit
